          I bought this black leather briefcase for my personal and business use to replace an older one. It is an excellent briefcase in all regards, except it is a bit heavy, probably due to its strong construction. The price was right. 4 snaps on the inside keep the expandable portion tight until needed. The size is right for legal-size files and papers. The leather is high-grade and attractive. I highly recommend this briefcase for anyone wanting an elegant, sophisticated, and yet very practicle briefcase.
